At production inspection
As we start producing. our team in charge of quality control carries out an initial inspection when 10-15% units are produced. At this stage, they carefully examine the first set of tiles (like dimention,surface quality,water absorption, breaking strength,bending,straining,skratching etc….) to make sure they meet our high standards according iso and ce which meets to quality. If there are any differences or issues, we quickly take care of them. ensuring that our production process adheres to our strict quality criteria right from the beginning.
At shipment inspection
Barson Ceramic ensures that the final product meets buyer expectations and is top-notch. Before sending out the tiles, we conduct a final inspection. This comprehensive review includes checking quality, appearance, and strength. Once our team approves the product quality against ISO and CE certification guidelines, premium tiles are ready for shipping.
It’s crucial to inspect pallets to ensure safe packaging and prevent damage during shipping. All items must be securely placed inside the cargo, ensuring the client receives their order without any issues.
