Sample Matching Inspection is an essential step before manufacturing begins. It involves evaluating a trial or developed sample to detect possible issues before mass production. The product’s size, surface, and functionality are verified against design specifications to ensure standards are met. This prevents problems during production and maintains consistency in the final product.
Manufacturing Inspection is performed while ceramic products are being made. Known as During Production Inspection (DPI), it occurs once 10–15% of units are completed. Inspectors verify that products follow approved quality requirements, allowing immediate corrections if issues arise. This stage helps reduce risks and ensures the batch meets expected standards.
Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) is done after production but before dispatch. It checks final goods against buyer standards and AQL guidelines to confirm tolerances are met. This step assures both manufacturer and buyer that items are consistent, defect-free, and ready for distribution.
Palletizing and Packaging Inspection ensures product safety during transport. Inspectors confirm goods are properly arranged, secured, and protected on pallets. Packaging materials, pallet condition, and load stability are checked. Proper palletizing prevents damage and assures buyers of safe delivery.
Product Testing
