Our quality assurance process ensures that we manufacture and deliver defect-free goods that meet the needs and expectations of customers worldwide. We focus on making sure our ceramic products satisfy customers, leading to trust, repeat purchases, and recommendations. To guarantee customer satisfaction and product quality, we conduct various tests and inspections from raw materials to the final product.
Sample Matching Inspection is an essential step before manufacturing begins. It involves checking a trial or developed product sample to identify any issues before mass production. During this process, we verify the product’s size, surface, and functionality against the design documents to ensure the sample meets the required quality. This helps prevent potential problems during manufacturing and ensures consistency and reliability in the final product.
Manufacturing Inspection is done during the production of ceramic products. Known as During Production Inspection (DPI), it occurs when 10-15% of units are produced. This inspection ensures that the items are being made according to approved standards and allows us to fix any issues before continuing the manufacturing process.
Pre-Shipment and Palletizing Inspections are performed before products are shipped. The Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) ensures that the final product meets the buyer’s standards and is of high quality. This inspection checks the final batch according to Acceptable Quality Limits (AQL). Palletizing witnessing inspection involves checking that the products are properly secured and protected for shipping. This includes inspecting the pallets and packaging to ensure everything is safely prepared for delivery.
Product Testing

In other words, testing is a vital step for our product development teams to do in order to deliver high-quality, long-lasting goods.
